I went to be tested for Covid and also the Flu. Was told by the doctor that I would be called if my flu results were positive with in the hour. Just to be sure, I called several hours later to make sure my flu results were negative. The nurse told me that I had tested positive for flu B. The following day, I was called by a different person stating that I had tested negative for both Flu A and Flu B. Very concerning to say the least.

I came to BetterMed Knowing I had a touch of bronchitis. Chest x-ray shows nothing. Since my chest hurt...had to have an EKG and blood work. Also showed nothing. Didn't focus on the problem but instead focused on my heart even telling them that it wasnt from my own bodies previous experience...I was sent home...with nothing. You tell me what rating I should give betterMed? Came in pain and needing treatment. left in pain with no medication or treatment suggestion except to see a cardiologist. BetterMed is getting worse with each visit.

Thought I had sprained ankle. Should have been given a wheelchair instead of being asked to walk to exam rm then X-ray since I had a broken leg. Was given a walking boot, but they didn’t take strips off Velcro/fit it properly. Told to see ortho dr, which I did. When he took an X-ray, my fracture that had been aligned, was now misaligned due to incorrect boot fitting. Fracture could not be re-aligned. Very upset that this could have been avoided if your staff was properly trained.

First, I was charged a $40 copay when I showed my proof of insurance and CAREs clearly states that health plans are to pay 100% of the cost for COVID-19 testing. Second, it took over a week to get my results. Unacceptable on both accounts.

I was there for a bug bite and sinus problem, nurse practitioner wasn’t very nice. Gave me medicine for bug bite nothing for sinus. After over a week still having sinus problems!

Went for a COVID 19 swab test 4/3/20. I advised them my insurance would pay 100% and had written proof from insurance (CIGNA PPO) but they did not want to see. Insisted I pay $75 with debt card up front. Then I get a statement saying CIGNA claimed I was no longer insured! I called my insurance Company and they were kind enough to call BetterMed and provide claim info. There were no errors in my subscriber or Plan number. BetterMed just seemed like they did not care and said they would not refile claim. Blah, blah, blah. My insurance sent them a check for the full bill of $142.00 and now BetterMed owes me $75 which I am trying to get back. Don't recommend this place and will not ever go back. Trifling.

When finally called back to get my information, the man cut me off on my history ( to hard to spell); they wanted my family history, not mine. He would not let me describe my symptoms, he cut me off. We sat in the parking lot a long while, before any contact. My results taken Monday, back on Thursday; called on Saturday. Why did this take so long? They billed all my Insurance’s and charged co-pays. This went against the federal reserve bank program for their employees and the president who stated free. (The governor lied, and did not listen to federal government) It seems all want money! Some never got results, because of money. Shame on Better Med. I’ll never go back! Tested negative for flu A & B but said i had the flu. Had a fever , Received no meds
