This was the worst treatment I could imagine. I called to check into my appointment for over 30 minutes. Once I was checked in I was accepted with an attitude of inconvenience. I have two of my daughters in the nursing industry. I can’t imagine the ever treating a patient like I was. Eventually I refused service and went elsewhere. I will not try this agency again!!!

They didn't inform me there was an issue with my insurance until it was too late. They performed the wrong test on me initially so my body had to be penetrated unnecessarily an additional time.

Long waiting times are unacceptable. Dr was also rude . I rather smoke crack then go there again

I came in for an extremely obvious injury after a fall that happened two weeks beforehand. My hand was disformed (pinky was literally stuck at a 45 degree angle), and I had numbness and wrist pain: all obvious signs of a metacarpal fracture. I got my x-rays done and sat in the room for about five minutes just to get told my hand was completely fine and I should go see an orthopedic (??) if the pain remains. I went to patient first directly after, got the correct diagnosis and a MUCH needed cast that same day. I understand the nurse I talked to was new, but imagine misdiagnosing something more serious.

No one knew what was going on. Extremely long wait. Not friendly. NP or PA took about 30 seconds with me.
