Grateful
I was able to make a same day appointment without any difficulty at the Chester Bettermed. The COVID testing went well, and they do NOT treat you like a leper if you test positive! Our primary care physician's office of many years had no interest in seeing or helping us, even though I strongly suspected my son had pneumonia, which he did as verified by the Xray done at Bettermed. I am grateful for the medical and office staff for their professionalism and empathy extended to us during these challenging times.
