The staff was polite but I was there for more than 2 hours for an xray.

I usually have experience at BetterMed. This time was okay. The NP probably only spent two to three minutes with me, and was out the door.

Employees were nice but no real direction for what to do next. They didnt know what was wrong and I left feeling like I didnt know what to do next.

I only gave it 3 stars because I had an appointment for 11:20 am and was only called to go to inside at 12:40 pm. All this time I was waiting in the car on a 100F degree day and there is no AC that can run for that long and keep a non-moving car cool. This is poor administration. If you know appointments are running late why schedule so many and then have patients waiting for so long! My time is just as valuable as the doctors time. Once I was finally called inside, everyone was very nice and attentive.

My appointment went smoothly. The staff was friendly. However, the prescription I was given took a very long time to work, when I attempted to changed them the process didn't work for me. The process should be there to help the patient. The numbers seen by the lab or doctors are only one part of the health process - what the patient feels should come first.
