decent service, results were fast and accurate. Billing is absolutely absurd and extremely expensive for basic services. Charge less for simple stuff and you'll get better reviews are more return people who need care.

I went into the office, had lab work done, it took them a week to call me back about my lab results. I miss the call, so I call back, I left a message. Call back again, they pit me on hold for more than 30 minutes.i logged in on the portal, to see if I can find out my lab result, there was nothing on the portal. No one put my information in the Better Med Urgent Care portal.

I’ve never been to a doctors office or urgent care clinic where they did not take basic vital signs in a routine and official manner until this visit. They asked me about my vitals whenever it occurred to them “oh yeah how much do you weigh” and then wrote it on a post it. They seemed not to communicate with each other and the definitely did not communicate with me. I was given an X-ray without an explanation and it took several tries before I could get the PA who was helping me to stay in the room long enough to answer my questions. I will probably seek help elsewhere in the future.

When I visited your facility I was in pain in my vaginal area. He assumed I have yeast infection and gave me a pill. ( I never had that before)However he did not tell me that the medication will take 24 to 48 hours to take effect. He did not suggested to take anything in between He did not even looked. I took my own swab test , which I agreed to do. When I called the next day (7/5) I was told to let the medication take effect. I went to CVS mini clinic there I was told that they do not take care of women issues. At night when the burning was unbearable I went to ER. There the doctor looked at the area and gave me lidocaine and I got some relief. The next morning I saw a OBGYN and she gave me nystatin and triamcinolone acetonide , in forty minutes I had a full relief. Why the PA could not prescribe it initially. Why I was told the morning when I called in that I have to bear with it till the medication takes effect. I worked for 46 years as a PT I never told a patient with severe pain to wait. My swab test was negative.

The PA that saw me was either overworked or didn’t care, either way I’m never coming back to bettermed. I had a bad kitchen accident cut. I tried to ask if it looked like it might be getting infected, and the response was “that’s why we are giving you antibiotics” so after asking different ways without a direct answer of yes or no about if my cut is as infected or starting to I gave up. There was no (yes, no, or unsure this is just in case) I also suffer from uc and nsaids give me flair ups. I tried to ask if there was one better than the other (I explained to the nurse how they affect me) I was as cut off and told that she will not give me narcotics. I don’t like prescription pain medicine and I don’t know the laws or want to try marijuana. Either way, I did get a tetanus shot and antibiotics but I left confused and feeling like a criminal. Is it against medical practitioners to provide direct answers about what infections?

Waited over one hour past my appointment time in my car on a 90 degree day. Called them twice but no response. Medical staff after I got in was great.

Terrible wait time to get my COVID19 results back! Would not go back.

They were able to get me in to be tested for COVID19; however, took a week to get my results. I recieved from the Labcorp portal before they called me. I wonder if my test were lost. 72 hours turned into 168 hours which is unacceptable. Historically have been very happy with their service, but terribly disappointed this past time. The check in and nurses were excellent.
