I've been to your office twice this yr for covid test and just now got a bill for close to $200.00 . I will never use your services ever again. For anything. Oh and I do have health Insurance.

Good care, but practice of having a credit card on file is unacceptable. I have insurance and I pay my copay. I should not have to leave a credit card on file to receive care. Will not go back...

Told at the last minute I had to pay out of pocket which was VERY UNPROFESSIONAL & INCONVENIENT

Took pcr test last Friday, still do not have results.

The staff was not helpful. I left.

I was misdiagnosed with COVID-19 and Flu B. I went to a different doctor the next day and they conducted both the RT and PCR test. The RT was negative. It took 5 days to get the PCR test results, which was also negative. I had to quarantine unnecessarily for a week and my wife is going through Chemotherapy.
