Excellent Care and Service We received expedient and exceptional service at Better Med. The nurses and PA were very kind and caring to my son and daughter while I was being treated.

My very first visit, I was very impressed and satisfied with my overall experience from check in to exam and certainly my being released. Would definitely be returning.

I expected to have a long wait, but I was surprised...there were very few people waiting and I was seen within a short time. Everyone I dealt with, receptionist and the physician was personable and professional and within a short time I was treated and released. The co-pay was higher than if I had gone to my PCP but cheaper than the ER.

Thanks team for a quick, easy, clean, safe test. You guys were so nice and friendly. I was terrified of the test and the results. You showed compassion. I made the mistake of going to CVS Minute Clinic for my 2nd testing. Big mistake. It was a mess and I was just another body/number. Better Med was so much "BETTER"! Thank you!
