All Around Positive
My visit was easy, safe, efficient and pleasant. Everyone I encountered were kind, helpful and responsive. The facility was bright and clean. The technology involved in my visit is a welcomed bonus to aid in managing my healthcare. I will return to BetterMed Urgent Care.

Effective
I made an appointment online and checked in immediately. I was escorted to a room and had vitals and samples taken promptly, only to wait for over 45 minutes in the room with no attention or estimated wait time. The doctor was very nice and treated me effectively so I am very thankful overall. I just wish I could have had an honest wait time.

Overall not a bad place to go to get COVID tested. Only downfall was that I was on hold for an hour+ to get checked in over the phone. After that everything went quick

The care I received was excellent
The care I received was excellent. It was quite difficult to sihn up for an appointment because of Covid but was able to. Wait time for appt was minimal. When I called several days later with questions I was addressed almost immediatley. I would go again if I needed care.
