Still sitting here after waiting 50 minutes for my rapid Covid results. No one has come to check on me or let me know what is going on.

You refused me treatment- sent me to ER. The hospital said you over reacted. Should have sent me to a foot Dr..Should have at least given me anti biotics. I am going to see Mel Goulash--She is a good foot dr. My sugar level dropped to 200 in a couple of hours not the life or death emergency you all said. All the ER did was give me anti biotics and pain pills-made an appointment to see foot dr next day.Won't be back!

I gave my insurance for me and my newborn and a week later they charge my account for 278 for my new born for COVID testing as if times isn’t hard enough the do this on Christmas Eve. As if I wasn’t stressed out enough!!!

I waited 2 hours in the parking lot for a COVID retest. I couldn't get into the building. So I called and told them who I was and that I was calling about my appt that was supposed to be at 6 PM, 2 hours ago. The lady at the desk asked "What about it?" I said "Well, its 8:00 and I'm speaking to you from your parking lot!" She said she would check on what was happening. After 10 more minutes of waiting, I headed for home. Minutes later the young called and asked if she could RESCHEDULE my appt. I told her no, never again can you ever schedule me for anything at Bettermed. I explained that I wasnt yelling at her but I was extremely upset with Bettermed. She asked again to reschedule me, which ended out conversation. This happened on 12/22/2020. I havent heard a word from anyone at Bettermed since this debacle.

The front desk staff was very helpful. I came in for extreme shoulder and neck pain. The tech didn’t even take my bp right 🙄 she took it on my forearm and it registered at 120/55 which is low and should have prompted her to retake it. I told the NP about a previous and similar experience in which I revived a shot in my arm for it, she said there is no such thing. She credited her knowledge to working in previous emergency rooms. She tasked me no historical/medical related questions besides if I am diabetic. I assume that’s because I’m Black and slightly overweight (from a cultural perspective). I’m currently in school for clinical health psychology and have received my masters. Not sure why she would approach me like I was unsure of my previous experience or knowledge base. I can tell her online degree was rushed. I know it is a trying time for medical professionals, however the way I was treated was disrespectful and unprofessional

Not Recommended at all. I had an appointment and still they took ages to see. After triage, the provider, SAMARA RAHMAN,PA came- had no professionalism and manners and She will treat you that you are a fool. Don't you dare to ask or try to explain your concerns in detail, she won't listen you. after being humiliated she disappeared and came back after 35 minutes with a nurse to confirm her diagnosis. Before answering my questions, she left again and after waiting for atleast half an hour, I had to go outside the room and ask staff where is the provider and then she came back with no apologies or kind words, reason; she had to see someone else and they had only 1 provider. She just handed me a prescription and did not even try to address my concerns, upon asking, she answered very shortly and told me to ask to Primary Dr if I have any questions and she left. Avoid this provider, if you can. To BetterMed Management, please have some standard when you appoint your providers. A simple piece of paper shouldn't be everything when you appoint. if you want to have 1 provider only, please appoint someone decent. This was my first visit, surely, none of my family members are ever going back to BetterMed. This visit was an absolute good waste of time and co-payment.
