FAST and EASY!!! my only issue was the look and feel. The website can be a little more smooth and friendly (UI/UX); it would be nice not to have to keep re-typing same info in multiple sections (check box for same as above ). Credit Card Info input was designed with current popular methods, had issues, but was quickly resolved. Good Experience

Filed for a Florida LLC on January 2. Received the completed paperwork on January 10. A little longer than the 3 business days promoted on their website but I understand that they can't control how long the Secretary of State takes to return the completed application. I did inquire on Day 5 requesting an update and received a prompt reply that they were waiting for the application to be returned. Overall, very satisfied.

The only reason I didn't give five stars is because I felt like I should have received a txt msg or something to let me know in Advance that my first choice was a obvious issue. Instead I did receive my paperwork on the 3rd day not counting the weekend or holiday. Thxs a million...😁

The service, speed, and cost associated with BetterLegal earned 5 stars. Inwas dissappointed that I did not receive my 1st choice LLC name. I am certain that my first choice was available, but feel that it was on hold through the SOS because I inquired about the name via another service. I chose BettterLegal based on price, but believe I missed out on my initial name request. There needs to he an option to go with a second name choice and BetterLegal did not give that option. In the application process a second choice was required and acquired all in the same application.

Names are a tricky beast. While sometimes a name seems available, each state has its own quirks on what they'll allow in terms of how close a name can be to another company's name. We ask for three names in our form and always try to get your 1st choice. However, sometimes it is obvious to our filers that a name isn't going to be available based on their knowledge of how that state works or based on a search in the state's system, so they go with the 2nd name provided, then the 3rd. If no names are going to work, we reach out to work with you and make suggestions. We're also working with a difficult balance of turning around LLCs in our stated time frame and want to avoid the lengthly process of a name being rejected, refiling, being rejected, refiling. Some people get upset that a filing took longer because of a rejection, others are upset that they didn't get their name. All in all, we use our best judgement in each case. As a side note, when we filed for the name BetterLegal in the State of Texas a little over 2 years ago, they rejected us because they said we sounded like a 'law firm' even though here law firms have to have the lawyer's names in the company name. It didn't matter that they were wrong, we had to refile and accept BetterLegal Solutions LLC. Ultimately, we're at the whim of whichever state examiner gets your filing on their desk. There is no communication with them, they intake filings, make a decision, and push it back to us. Thank you for your feedback and good luck with your business!

Had trouble finding contact information on website. Went to BBB website to look up contact info phone number was incorrect email didn't work took almost a week to get in contact. Once contact was made things went smoothly. Application for Texas llc was filed immediately. Pleased with outcome. James - Waxahachie Tx

Unfortunately, both the number and email that you provided to us were incorrect so we figured we'd wait till you reached back out via our site. Our phone and email are both correct, we just put less emphasis on the speed of those mediums as we have live chat available on the bottom right of every page of our site with someone available to talk 16 hours a day.
