Better Legal made the whole process of obtaining an LLC in New York State quick, simple, easy and painless. I expected it to be a very stressful process. It was not, thank goodness. New York State has a publication requirement for new LLCs. I have heard horror stories about the cost. Better Legal recommended a site which had very reasonable pricing to meet the legal requirement. Additionally, they sent along the forms needed to set up a bank account. That was incredibly helpful. Thank you again for your very helpful service.
