VERY disappointing experience. We ordered supplements for our then sick uncle, and the order never arrived. No clear communication, no support, no refund, NOTHING. Completely unacceptable service. I would not recommend this company to anyone.

I find it disgusting that they play with health like this! I placed a very needed order but they never delivered the supplements! They cancelled the order and I never got a refund! They are not trustworthy!

I placed an order worth €300 with Better Health International that was never delivered. The order was eventually cancelled by them, but I have still not received my refund. Despite multiple attempts to contact them, the company does not respond at all. Very disappointing service, and I advise everyone to be cautious!

They don’t deserve one star! Have been waiting for over a year now for my refund. Still no respond nor excuses! I ordered the supplements for a very sick family member and still no refund nor excuses. Shame on you!!!!
