Better Bidders Inc.Reviews of betterbidders.com

Excellent customer service! Products were as described.

I had a hard time finding these judging paddles. Once I found them online, the experience with Better Bidders was great! They are exactly what we were looking for.

We ordered additional auction paddles to a previous order. John was helpful in making sure our new order matched our previous order from years ago. We were able to fill in the missing holes that developed through the years, as well as an additional 100 paddles keeping with our already established numeric order. This order was paid for in August and I had to follow up at the end of September wondering why we had not yet received it. Our event is at the end of October. I am relieved to say we will be receiving our order on time.

Bid paddles are of great quality. Only complaint is slow service and paddles arrived too close to our event date.

Paddles are high quality, fairly priced, and the willingness of Mr. Murphy to work with our organization is truly appreciated. Meeting the shipping deadline was the only concern. Better Bidders is my FAVORITE auction paddle company. I will always come back.

I have worked with this company for the past three years. They have a great selection of specialty bid paddles and the prices are fair. I would recommend them.

John really helped us out when we had an unexpected turn of events right before our auction and needed new sponsor stickers and bid paddles in a hurry. Despite issues on his end, he remedied an emergency situation on both ends by hand delivering the paddles and stickers the day before the event, and then overnighting more paddles for the day of. In the past I had some issues with John getting back to me for bid paddle/sticker needs, but he was totally on the ball every time I reached out to him this year. I appreciate the great communication and him going above and beyond this year for us!

We ordered custom paddles for our school auction and the paddles were great, fit our Kentucky Derby theme perfect and everyone loved the horse design. The only reason I didn't give five stars was I felt communication was lacking from the initial message left not being answered to not knowing a problem had occurred with production that put them behind. But from a final product perspective they are spot on especially if you need custom work done to go with a particular auction theme.
