They were quick to fill the order but came back with a higher price than originally provided on the site. The price was a big plus point for us so since the newly proposed price ended up being over our budget, I wasn't too thrilled. BUT they did their best to accommodate us to be as low as they possibly could. I'd still order from them again in the future!

Quality of products is great! They are affordable for the product that you get. The customer service team needs better communication with their clients. It would be beneficial to better describe the "rushing" fees and process on the website, too.

The product is great, can't get better quality. The time from placing the order until delivery seems to take a little longer than it should. Great to work with by phone and email.

I want to apologize to BetterBidders for my earlier review. When i initially placed my order for only 7 Paddles, I didn't realize that they were making an exception. They normally do large orders and they did me a favor. I apologize for not stating this before in my review. I was told they were new, but misunderstood. They are not new as a business, they were just new as a website. I am very happy with the results. The paddles are just what I ordered.

Good customer service, wish I could've received a proof before some revised paddles were printed.

Great product, delivered on time

Quick service. John got the paddles done for us and gave us a discounted price. As a non- profit, it's always helpful. Communication was a little sporadic on email but, once we talked, it all worked out.

We made two orders for one event. The first order came in a little after the due date, but they made up for it with the second order, which was a rush order, as Jon was able to send us the extra paddles very soon after we put in the order. I would definitely recommend this vendor & I would recommend working with Jon! Very nice person to work with & very professional!
