Better Bidders had everything we needed for our event. When I had a question, they replied quickly. The whole experience was great. I would recommend them to friends, family, and co-workers.

The overall experience was great and we highly recommend it. We were surprised that BetterBidders had an oar-shaped paddle. The paddles got everyone excited to the point that those who were not bidding raised their paddles for fun when the auction ended. The plastic was good enough (we wanted them to hold up for only one night) and many people took them home afterward. The design was beautiful and putting the order in, making changes, paying, etc. went very smoothly. One relatively minor thing that could be improved upon (and that was resolved quickly after sending one email) would be a confirmation that our order was in progress. We had so many other details to pull together right before the event that my team didn't think about this for a week or so then we got nervous that the paddles wouldn't make it in time. But they did!!

We received our auction paddles well in advance of our event, although I ordered them kind of late. I was impressed with their customer service and their product.
