Very helpful customer service. They called to explain all of my ordering options.

We placed an order for bid paddles that we did not need right away as they were for next year's event. I was not sure how soon they would be shipped, so I reached out to customer service, which is John, as this is a small family company. John replied within the same day, which I appreciated. He explained that although they were very busy, our order was in their system. I reached out a few times to follow up as I hadn't heard anything. Again, we weren't in a rush, but I wanted to know when it shipped to let my colleague know when to expect the shipment. John always replied right away, friendly each time, and made me feel secure in knowing our order was not forgotten. When we received our order, it was exactly as expected. Great experience!

The customer service here is unmatched! I could not have asked for a better product that was well done, arrived quickly, and allowed me to communicate with the vendor throughout the entire process.
