I created an account at Betninja exactly 1 week ago, and my experience has been very positive overall. During the KYC verification process, I made a small mistake while uploading my documents. I contacted live support, and (Jess) was incredibly friendly, making sure I was fully verified within just one minute. Last Tuesday, I requested a payout of €1,750. Within 24 hours, I received an email confirming it was successful, and the money was in my bank account just 15 minutes later. Last Thursday, I made two more withdrawals of €2,500 and €1,000. Make it impossible to withdrawal you money…. Waited over three weeks and still nothing always pending. Talking to the support is a chat bot, be very careful and avoid at all costs!

First day and first time joining, added funds which took me through a Kryptonim virtual services...no choice in the matter. Took my money but didn't add it to my account. Ive had to show proof of payment to her the ball rolling for them to investigate.. what other services does this??!! They Need a rethink and plan how to make it more professional

Not sure why there’s any negative reviews. Verification was easy and straight forward, there are limits regarding withdrawal etc, but if you feel the need to withdraw less than a 100 then you shouldn’t really be gambling. Transfers are easy, deposit in seconds and withdrawal in less than 24hrs. Plenty of games to play, live games are great. All in all, decent site to play on.
