Deposited 20 for bounce.. I cancelled that so played with what was left.. got up to 60 .. came to withdrawal and you need to win 100 to take anything out.. now it says sorry this site is not available in your country.. wtf

I have spent thousands on this site and haven't recieved a penny back since they have stopped a lot of the games .not available in my region now .it's the games I always played and now can't win nothing on every other game .not happy at all .think I will be closing this site now .they have took enough money from me and nothing back 😢.

Not the best selection of games out there. The bonus also doesn't seem to work or get added to your account, even though I followed it to a T. But the worst thing that they don't tell you is you need a minimum of £100 to withdraw your money!!

I deposited £180 and accepted a welcome bonus. While playing, I placed several £300 spins before being informed via live chat that the maximum bet allowed during bonus play was £5. The system allowed these bets without warning. After contacting support, I was told: “Please remember that a single bet must not exceed £5.” At no point during that chat was I told my bonus had been voided. I immediately complied with the £5 limit. The £300 bets resulted in overall losses. After complying with the £5 maximum stake, I went on to win £5,000 through fully compliant play. All winnings were later confiscated on the basis that the balance derived from bets above the limit. I requested a reasonable goodwill settlement given that: • The large bets resulted in losses. • I complied immediately once informed. • The £5,000 was won from compliant play. Betninja refused any review and stated the decision was final. Players should be aware that even if you comply once informed, winnings may still be voided in full.

Erg jammer.

I deposited 100 pound through a bank transfer. Day later its still not showing my bank said its gone through just waiting for betninja to except it. Betninja have not replied to my online chat for over 12 hours . I wont use this site
