Do not use this site. Yesterday I made a £34 roulette spin. When the spin started, the money was taken from my balance, as it should be. Then I got kicked to the main menu. It didn’t say ‘bet void’ or anything similar. The money was just gone from my balance. I went back into the game and watched my game history and it shows that the £34 bet hit 17 and won me £162. But my balance never updated. Today I’ve spoken to customer services about this issue. They have said that the bet was declined and void. However they can’t prove that my balance changed and that the £34 was taken out. In my game history it shows a replay and it shows the £34 coming out, me winning £162 and this message popping up on the screen. However I am still down £34. To top this off, later that night while waiting for a reply I had a £30 roulette spin. It voided and the money came back to my balance. I tried again, it voided again and the same message popped up, however this time the money never went back to my balance, it just changed and I lost £30 on a bet that never placed. Again, I asked customer services and they again said that they can’t prove that the bet was taken from my balance. When going through my win/loss I should be up nearly £350. My balance shows that I’m up £150. I’m missing the £162 and the £30. They are still refusing to pay these out

Unfortunately like so many others the 100£ I deposited at 10.22 yesterday had disappeared, I had to show proof of deposit which I did and still over 24 hrs later no money, and the Customer service is less than useless, just talking from a script thanking me for my patience, by the way I have non, if the money arrives I will update but I can't see it being any better a review

Ik ben enigszins verbaasd over de vele negatieve beoordelingen. Dit zijn waarschijnlijk spelers die niets hebben gewonnen en hun frustraties kwijt moeten. Ook ik was in het begin een beetje bevooroordeeld toen ik mijn eerste storting ging doen. Het storten gaat snel en enkel via beveiligde pagina's, dus dat is perfect. De eerste uitbetaling was gelijk een hoog bedrag en werd keurig binnen 24 uur op mijn rekening gestort. Ik heb inmiddels meerdere uitbetalingen gedaan en allen zijn netjes op mijn rekening uitbetaald. Het duurt meestal nog geen 24 uur voor je de winst op je rekening hebt. Daarnaast is de klantenservice snel en behulpzaam, platform/site is snel en werkt goed. Zoals hieronder werd gevraagd kan ik bewijs overleggen dat ik de uitbetalingen heb ontvangen.

Won £350 yesterday at 6.30am, had to verify my address bank account etc and was paid today at 1:40pm.. really don’t get some of negative reviews clearly sore losers who can’t stand losing 😂 great experience for me anyways 🤷🏻‍♂️

This is a scam site i deposited money with a bonus when I found out I had to wager 8x the deposit I was told to cancel bonus to release my funds (as they locked them until bonus was used) when I did this they took my actual funds and said it was winning (I hadn't even made 1 single bet) AVOID THIS SCAM

Same as everyone else , wish I had read the reviews beforehand . Took my money but didn’t credit account argued for ages , then asked for my money back to which they said it can take up to several days ! Now there is no response so holding fingers crossed to see if I get my money back at some point!
