Big Dollar CasinoReviews of betbigdollar.com

Biggest peace of shit scam ever! The free spins that are emailed to you daily. They make it so when a deposit is made the play thru requirement eats up all of your deposit and if you win there is no chance of ever cashing out. Total scam! The site locked up in a bonus round and the online tech All of a sudden became retarded. Couldn’t get me my bonus remaining spins! At $4 a spin shit I’m missing $100+ they made a thing up to where I requested a refund! Lol it only takes 21 business days to get that refund! What a bunch of shit! These are scum bags. Not player friendly not any kind of friendly

SCAM SCAM SCAM SCAM SCAM FCK big dollar! The only legit reviews on here are the one star ones. Wayyyyy too many hoops to jump through to get verified ( never happened for me ). I tried to have them send a verification email about 6 times within the span of ten minutes so I could withdraw $200. When it didn’t appear in my inbox, I decided I would play a bonus. Little did I know that in order to withdraw ANY money after I started the bonus, I would need to lose that entire bonus first. Problem is, the bonus gets pulled AFTER my actual earned money and in order to get rid of $35.20, it said I needed to spend over $1400!!!! And it doesn’t pull dollar for dollar. If I bet and lost $5, it would only count for about 15 cents.

Customer service is good ,I have problems with my email

Had to jump through hoops to get paid 160 bucs well I didn't get it cause they make you go through so much crap just to get verified I sent them pictures of myself my id's my bank cards with me in the picture which made no sense then they come back and say they need more pictures with me and my bank card and Id again and then say my bank isn't compliant which is a huge bank CHASE so I just used up the money and deleted everything screw BIGDOLLARCASINO worst gaming experience I've ever had trying to get 160 bucs lol they are a joke.

I sent them my ID and a selfie with my ID and I sent stills of my ID and I sent my card in the same way but they said it was not good enough so I sent the videos of me with the IDs and 7 more stills of my documents and still won't accept me so it seems to be a scammer casino id be advised!

I have played for several years and never took a withdraw. I had a hit, they make you go through multiple things to "verify" who you are, then paid me for the first time. A short while after that, I hit a jackpot for $57,000. I withdrew only $4,940. They dropped that to $1,000, saying I used a bonus and then they took $52,000 out of my account!!! This is a total rip off. Listen, when you take a bonus, they set a HUGE amount of money you have to play before you can withdraw anything. If you try and withdraw it literally says you did not play through enough and gives a percentage of how much more you have to. I played through that completely. THIS SITE IS A RIP OFF!! It is based in Africa and they stole $57,000 from me. DO NOT PLAY HERE!

This casino started off very well but when i seem to have won a big amount and i was withdrawing in increments still having large amount in my account they ended up locking my account on 3/25/24 and i contacted them now saying its a malfunction on one of the games seems like they do not want to pay out im praying they do the right thing waiting now for them to unlock my account nothing was my fault i just do not understand hope my balance will still be there i had so much hope.03-26-2024 update big dollar is good, they called me and explained everything there was a malfucntion with the game and they were very considerate and made sure that they honored me favorably inspite of the situation Thank you Bet Big dollar Vip

I loved the Big Dollar platform when I first joined. They had some great promotions and comparatively were pretty cool at verifying you. However, once I got to a point where they needed to pay out well everything changed. I am an avid online player and have tested multiple casinos it is my goal to ensure that other players do not get themselves excited about getting paid if you have to fight for your winnings. At Big Dollar, I had to, and let me say it was over 100.00. First I did live chat and the representative didn't understand why the withdrawal was canceled and gave me a phone number to call, which I did and speaking to a nice gentleman he too did not understand why the withdrawal was canceled. Needless to say after a few weeks of trying to fight the fight I simply said I would not be coming back and maybe a few other things. Be sure to know the terms and conditions of each place you play and when it comes down to it, in some cases, having that knowledge does help you win. I would not recommend putting your real hard-earned dollars at this casino, there are far better ones to play that will not be a hassle.
