I am sorry to say that this has been a long process to receive my winnings of $1009.00.......i started the redemption on Oct 21th and it is Oct 25th and it is in the flushed stage of the process.... whatever that means....i am very disappointed in this delayed process...I have been playing online casino games for a long time and have always received my winnings in less then 24 hours....I hope this situation is resolved soon and the funds transfer into my account soon ....It shouldn't be this complicated to receive honest winnings!!!!

Garbage, accepted a $30 bonus and had to play $1500 to make a withdraw. In the end you win but lose to these word salad scams.

Lies, lies, and falsely advertised everything.
if possible to put less than one, I would definitely would. This is a very misleading casino. They lie about all of their promotions as well as cash out procedures. It’s already ridiculous enough they make you wait 48 hours for a payout if you are lucky enough to actually win something however now they have made it so it’s 48 business hours. I attempted withdrawal Wednesday and here is Saturday still haven’t seen anything and apparently I’m not going to get it until Monday maybe. We’ll see if that even happens. Don’t waste your time or money or interest on this place you will definitely regret it.

Played to a 635 winning. My so called vip host then placed a bonus on my account without any direction then said my 635 was part of a playthrough, even though I deposited CASH to play. Not going back. They can go without my money. Frauds.

Still waiting on a withdrawal of…
Still waiting on a withdrawal of 1000from April 10,2026. They keep saying that there is a backlog of withdrawals. Do not trust them they seem to become a scam company that doesn’t payout. They give the same scripted responses and nothing ever happens. So you reply that you have to investigate, when you know the script all the people say is there is a backlog on withdrawals and it will be escalated to finance and no resolution.
