Scam company! Bought the Rolex design with beveled bezel and cyclops date window. A week later they said that design was out of stock but they could send me a plain chrome case/no date window for same price. I asked to cancel my order and get a refund. When I enquired three days later about the refund I was told the replacement clock was already on the way. When replacement arrived it did not even work unless you want it to be 06:00 something all the time.

Hi, we’re sorry this happened — this is not the experience we want customers to have. When the model you ordered became unavailable, an alternative was proposed. However, if you requested a cancellation/refund, the order should not have continued as a replacement shipment — we’ll review this internally. Most importantly, a clock arriving not working is unacceptable. Please contact us with your order number and we will resolve it immediately: full refund upon return (return label provided) or a replacement sent, whichever you prefer.
