delivery toke ways too long
delivery toke ways too long, crown arrived damaged ( black crown several places damaged and white alumium visible). battery in the back sticks out on the back and thus the watch can never be flat sticking to the wall but always about 1,5 cm away from te wall which isnt nice looking

Do not buy off this Rip off company !
Do not buy off this company. Sold me a wall clock totally different than the one advertised which was a Rolex but sent me one without the Rolex name. A cheap box standard wall clock fit for the bin. Emailed them but they didn't even reply ! Be warned before being ripped off ! Clock is fit for the bin ! Stay well clear away from them ! Absolutely disgusted wity them ! Filed a claim

I live in the the United States, Midwestern here. I purchased a clock and when it arrived - it looked great but didn't work. They were really good at responding to emails and didn't hesitate on replacing the clock. The new clock was shipped and it worked perfectly. I love stories that show obstacles, challenges that were overcome because life isn't perfect and mistakes happen. Do you stand by your product and provide good customer service? They certainly did.
