Wish I could give a negative star rating as even that is more than this pile of imminent landfill deserves. Nothing works as it should and part of an order is missing but they're very good at publishing their own 'reviews' saying how wonderful the product is. Don't fall for it

I ordered two similar items at the same time. Both have been received. The size and weight of each package was almost identical but for some unknown reason they were sent by two different routes. The first appears to have been shipped by couriers, “Tiger Worcester 2” and “Hermes”, and arrived without any external reference to its contents; specifically, there was no alleged “Customs Declaration” on the outside. The second appears to have been sent via Royal Mail tracking – no signature required. This appears to have been started its journey in China because there are Chinese characters visible on the original postage address label. The original label carries the Royal Mail tracking reference. However, this original address label has then been covered by another. This top, over-lying, label appears to have originated in the U.K. because it carries a return address “Y&G F2P” in Southall UB2 5LF (Middlesex). On the back, there is an alleged “Customs Declaration” confirming the contents are an Anal Plug (value USD 4.10). This declaration is dated 30 Nov 2021 signed by “David”. The item arrived 4 Dec 2021. I can only assume this item has travelled via Y&G F2P and they have failed to remove or cover the Customs Declaration. Whatever, my postman now knows I have ordered an Anal Plug! Out of curiosity I Googled Y&G F2P; the results were very discouraging. As a result of all this I regret will not be ordering from Bestvibe again. UPDATE. I have read the response from Jonas, who is obviously missing the point. Deliberately? My order status does not need to be checked; my order has been fulfilled. The problem lies within the U.K. distribution system whereby the contents of posted packages are being disclosed because the Customs Declaration is still visible. This is causing embarrassment to the Customer. From other reviews it is obvious this is not new and, despite some of the replies, it clearly hasn't been dealt with! Caveat emptor!

Beautiful, super discreet shipping came in a brown box label only had my name and address feels and looks really realistic other extra things ordered came in white shipping bags no tags with what’s inside just name and address taped to the box shipping was kinda weird the company itself ships the toy in 3-5 days buttt the shipping partners take a while so I got mine shipped from the wearhouse in 2 days the shipping partner received it the next day but the partner took 3-4 days to ship to usps but as soon as usps revived I got it the next day so I’m reality is a weeks shipping not too bad tbh especially for a company overseas!
