Company failed to give proper Spec of product on their web site, and when I pointed that out and wanted a refund, they refused and stopped communications altogether. I won't go as far to say, they are a Scam, but they sure are Thieves!

I was surprised on how fast my products were delivered and it was nice that they were in discreet packages. I'm new to all the toys in the bedroom, but I'll have to say that the products that I have received have intensified the pleasure in the bedroom for sure. This is my second order from Bestvibe and their customer service is second to none. My first order had some shipping issues beyond their control and they substituted my order with the next more expensive option free of charge. During my second order I had a shipping question and like with the first order, their response to my emails was extremely prompt and professional with accurate information. I have had some great experiences with this Company and their Customer Resolutions Department. I had an issue with a product I ordered for myself and partner to enjoy. After receiving a discreet package in the mail, we discovered the order had came quicker than expect and was excited to try our new, flesh like pleasure toy. While cleaning for first use we noticed some defects in the product and relayed them to our Customer Resolution Representative with pictures showing just the defects not the entire product. Which made my partner a little less concerned of embarrassment, go figure haha. Well we are excited about the replacement so we can have the experience we expected. Thank you for your assistance and resolve our issue. We are greatly appreciative!
