This company is a scam! They did to me exactly what everyone on here is saying. I was supposed to travel to Las Vegas on October 28-31, 2026 I was immediately sent the same email that you all received that my reservation with the fake reservation number that the airlines can’t verify, needed attention! The representative told me that I could not travel on the dates I chose and suggested that I drive from Tennessee to Huntsville, AL to catch our flight and pay more money for a nonstop flight! Told her they were a scam and fraud and she was pissed and started yelling at me. I checked my card and the payment had not gone through, so I cancelled my credit card! Mary

I paid BestFareTickets almost NZ$600 two months in advance for an Auckland–Sydney flight. I was given a corrected ticket and believed my booking was confirmed, but I discovered the day before departure that it had been cancelled without any notification to me. Air New Zealand told me the travel agency had not paid for the ticket, while BestFareTickets gave me a different explanation. I had to buy a replacement ticket for about NZ$1,600 at the last minute, causing significant distress and extra expense, I am still waiting for a refund, their support e-mail does not work….

This Company is a bait and switch company. They are not a credited by the Better Business Bureau. We got stuck in this trick. I would not use them. We got a call stating that they had to change our trip and the new trip was gonna be 2200 dollars. It's ridiculous because we went online and found the same trip for like 500 dollars elsewhere m. Even at the last minute. How can they say that they can't provide us with an equal trip when you could go online and there's so many other available that's how you know. This is a fraud. They're making tons of money off of people who are in a pinch and can't afford to fork out more money. who even knows if they're forcing people's hands to purchase more expensive tickets because they trusted this company. People feel locked in because they don't wanna lose any money. We're thinking about getting a lawyer and going after this fraudulent company. or turning them in. Their gig is up don't fall for it. Especially if you cannot adjust your flight for flexible dates or time. And especially since there are the same flights available with the same airlines. It's unreasonable to make people pay more.

Very Disappointing Experience — I Do Not Recommend Best Ticket Fairs I had a very disappointing experience with Best Ticket Fairs, and based on what happened to me, I would strongly advise others to be very careful before booking with this company. I purchased flight tickets, selected the exact date I needed to travel, and paid the full amount. After that, I waited several days but never received my e-tickets. I contacted the company by phone and email several times to ask for an update, and eventually they told me that the tickets I had paid for were no longer available. I asked them to refund my money so that I could purchase another flight, but instead the situation was delayed for days. During that time, flight prices were increasing. They eventually offered me a different travel date, but that was not acceptable because I specifically needed to travel on the original date. After a long and frustrating discussion, I was told that I would have to pay additional money. Because I urgently needed to travel to Vietnam, I felt I had no choice but to agree and pay the extra amount. What made the situation even worse was the completely different and extremely inconvenient itinerary they gave me. Instead of the approximately 3-hour journey I had originally expected, my journey became: Vietnam → Haikou, with a 10-hour layover → Changsha, with another 3-hour layover → London Heathrow, followed by a 13-hour flight. This was an extremely long and exhausting journey, especially when travelling with three children. This was not the type of journey I had originally paid for or expected. I feel that I was treated very unfairly throughout this whole process. The lack of communication, the delay in informing me that my original tickets were unavailable, the additional payment, and the major change to the itinerary left me extremely disappointed and feeling misled. Based on my personal experience, I do not recommend Best Ticket Fairs. Please be very careful and make sure you fully understand your booking and itinerary before paying.

fraudulous company. No refund recieved for flight booked and paid for $1273.78. a week before my flight i recieved an email saying the flight was overbooked so they had cancelled my flight. I have emailed and called them several times, to be told by young sounding Indians that they had refunded me 10th July 2026 and i should to go my bank. I went to the bank, nothing there. I called them back again for the 8th time and told them no refund pending with the bank and they continue to tell me to go to the bank. then I looked up trust pilot and see many people have been ripped off also. We have traced them and the police and the bank fraud team are getting involved. Someone need to shut them down and get them put in jail Sasha deBretton

ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE – AVOID THIS COMPANY I have never experienced such poor service from a flight booking company. I booked my flights for £1,195.34 and received a confirmation for the booking. Before booking, I specifically spoke to a customer service representative and made it very clear that £1,195.34 was the final price I was willing to pay and that I did not want any problems or additional charges afterwards. I was assured that everything was fine and that there was nothing to worry about. Then, just one day later, they contacted me and suddenly demanded around £2,000, claiming that there were not enough seats available. This was extremely frustrating and completely unacceptable. I checked the flight myself and there were plenty of seats still showing as available. So I do not understand why I was being asked to pay such a huge additional amount after my booking had already been confirmed. Eventually, I had no choice but to cancel. To make matters even worse, they charged me £338 for the cancellation. I then booked the exact same tickets with another company for only £1,360.45. This shows just how unreasonable their demand for £2,000 was. I feel that I was completely let down after being given a confirmed booking and reassurance by customer service. The whole experience caused unnecessary stress, wasted my time and cost me £338 in cancellation charges. Absolutely terrible customer service. I would never use this company again and I strongly recommend that other customers think twice before booking with them. ⭐ 1 star is already too generous.

Their site is a scam they will call you they will send you an email or call you claiming that your dates were flexible and that you agree to it in their terms and conditions you either pay the agree to pay more money or you have to go along with flexible dates for your flight it is a complete scam and they do not charge your car do not agree to the higher faree and cancel your credit card
