There was no spot when I arrived and no parking attendant supervising the lot. Have not been able to get in touch with customer service for a refund. Very angry, clearly a scam. Updating my review from 1 to 3 stars: I was finally able to get in touch with the customer service team after filing a dispute with Paypal and my money was refunded.
