The flame does come out but even on low it burns and gets too hot inferior not working properly being a chef I know how to cook on this type of equipment it is not new to me it just does not do well the cooking grate is too close to the flame . It is dangerous and unsafe to use worst grill ever.....

Bought the chicken run for our 50 year old son. He lost 6 chickens in one night by a raccoon. He needed a run that was covered completely so I searched the web and found your company. He needed something to cheer him up.

I bought a portable Shed from this company and for one it was false advertised as it was not as big as it said and then when I tried to return it all I got was questions and still have not yet received a return label for a refund. I don't know about their customer service on the front end but on the back end when you need to return something it's terrible.

The chair is great! My reason for giving the experience 4 stars was d/t shipping. I received 1 of 2 boxes 48 hours after my purchase. The second box was delivered a week after the first box. So, essentially it took 9 days to get my chair.
