I received my item quickly, could not track it though. Very disappointed, the item was damaged in so many spots. And it wasn't because of shipping, although the box was punctured. It was not packed very well at all to protect it. The damaged areas were from assembling and bad wood. They brag about how proud they are of the quality of their items, but quality control is clearly not being done. I would have never shipped this out with all the multiple damaged areas. When I went looked into returning it for an exchange, they want you to pay for the shipping costs. It would have cost me almost as much as the item cost initially to ship it back. So now I am stuck with a severely damaged wishing well. This stinks, I was hoping to post pictures of the damage and there is no way to do so. So I will explain, the wood was bad in 2 areas, 2 sides that were nailed together, they cracked all the way down the wood with nails splitting it. The basket was chipped and scratched. One top edge had a chip of wood missing and there was a chunk of wood missing/broken off of the roof. It doesn't matter how turn the wishing well, there is visible damage. I will never buy from them again!!

Purchased an outdoor rocking wooden loveseat from them in June, 2024. This glider is kept on a covered porch. It was a very poor design, and was not of good quality. It only rocks when one person (only) sits squarely in the middle, otherwise, parts of the structure rub on each other, preventing rocking. Also, the wood is already showing signs of deterioration and will need to be patched/repainted. Will never do business with this company again. Too poor quality.

The very first time of using this chair the back frame bent at bottom screw holes. Unfortunately I did not use it until the return date was out. Can not get it replaced from manufacturer. I definitely would not pay the price for these chairs again.

Purchased a zero turn mower lift. It came in 3 days. However after minimal assembly the hydraulic pump didn't work. After speaking with a super pleasant and helpful person explaining the problem, she insured me the problem would be rectified. I received a replacement pump on the 19th 😊. It works great!!

Ordered 18" electric fireplace insert with remote control. Unfortunately the remote didn't work. Fortunately Amanda and bestoutdor.com came threw with a new fireplace with a working remote.

Pros: Delivery was prompt. All parts were there and in good condition. Cons: The bottom ground cover should be larger so it went up the sides further. The large weep holes should be smaller and more of them. The top cover should be larger and the stretch band should be able to wrap around hooks built into the plastic sides.

Prompt delivery, great product for the price! Very happy! I flipped the back panel on the two of the four chairs so they were a bit different from each other. So easy to put together. I did it no time!
