Ed, Josh and the whole team at BOLC have been spectacular from the very beginning until the end. I can't say enough about their customer service. The one complaint I do have would be that the door hinge holes and drawer face plate holes aren't pre-drilled making it difficult to install and get them aligned correctly. Otherwise very well built cabinets.

Bestonlinecabinets provides a really quality product at a very good price. The cabinet boxes are very solid, built with thick plywood and the drawers with high quality maple wood. The cabinet faces have a nice high quality finish on environmentally friendly rubberwood. All have soft close hinges and drawers. The company is also very easy to work with, gives free shipping if your order is big enough, and I didn't have to pay sales tax since they are out of state. All in all, I have no regrets with my $4000 purchase from them.

Very good people, I’ve purchased a few tiniest from them. It been shipped across the country and the stuff is big so I’ve experienced a little damage. But they have always been great about replacing the damaged items.

Well, I had a bunch of alignment and other issues with my white shakers. One looked like it was dropped at least 10 feet. The company did offer parts, to repair, but I bought assembled cabinets, and the whole thing would have needed replacement. The finish on the white shaker looks good for a few minutes. It is a magnet for dirt. You will never seen them totally clean. If you think they are, step to the side and look at the front in the light. There are smudges all over them. I don't care what you use to clean them. Like I said, several issues. Customer service was good in sending me shipments of parts I needed, and explaining fixes to me. I spent hours working on them, and they are stl not 100%. Not one time did they offer a refund of the assembly fee for the horrible assembly my cabinets received. If you are not near them, it's impossible to get someone to fix them in person. I have hung several tyoes of cabinets prior to these. I will not be taking this route ever again.

Still waiting to get my cabinets. BOC said that the manufacturing would take about 3-5 days. It took 2 weeks. They were supposed to be delivered yesterday, but so far no delivery (possibly not until tomorrow). Overall, it will take about 4 weeks from order to delivery. I chose BOC because they were supposed to take about 2 weeks. The competition was going to take 4-6 weeks, so as of right now, (given that it has taken BOC 4 weeks to delivery), their edge is gone.
