Great service!

The tour we did was awesome. All organised as we wanted through this company.

Great experience

Everything was great, but there were too many people mostly every where.

The pilot was extremely informative and went out of his way to point things out and show us things. He made us feel at ease. The whole experience was excellent from ground staff and booking to pilot. Thank you

Eric was a full of the local knowledge. Vehicle we were in had a broken seat belt. Felt it was a bit rushed in places. Highlight was snorkeling in Haumanu Bay.

Gave wrong information about the excursion, and we found out when we got there after we paid and planned our vacation around the one excursion. Then before we knew that, we had booked a luau with this company to find out it was cancelled due to weather (which is of course out of their control) but it took 2.5 months for us to be reimbursed. Overall, terrible service. Bad customer service representitives. And made this part of the trip very stressful to say the least.

They handled several cancellations and reschedules promptly.
