Representative was polite and informative. We got a fair discount on the Luau and snorkel trips that we chose. Tickets were there when we arrived and had a no hassle experience. I would use them again. Might be able to find a cheaper ticket, but not better service. I feel some things are worth paying for. Was very satisfied with my representative named Al. He even did a follow up call to make sure everything went okay.

Great, quick and respectful for Carlos. However, he was off on the time of the bus going back to Honolulu. He said the bus would be there 30 mins after our 90 mins activity to pick us up. That was not correct. The earliest bus was 1 o’clock which was 2.30 h after our activity! We missed the tour at Pearl Harbor because we had to take Uber right after we got off the bus due to our ticket for Pearl Harbor was at 2:45 and we did not get there before that.

We wanted to attend at a Ulau by short notice. It was pretty much sold out and not as easy to find such. After a quick call best of hawaii was looking for possibilities. We got 2 preffered seats which were the very best seats we could sit at the Ulau. Thanks for this great oppurtunity.
