Very professional process. The only thing that took to long was the hold time

I requested to be picked up and I was. Everyone was great explaining what was going to happen. I requested pictures be taken and at the end I received a card with all the pictures, 102 pictures I think. We also were taken back to the hotel, overall, we had a great time!

Fantastic customer service from Carlos at Best of Hawaii! Very helpful!

Great suggestions, very professional. They did a great job for my wife and I!

We had a great experience! Our guide was great! And Kualoa Ranch has the most beautiful views!!!

Agent Ana didn't repeat the final amount timely and overcharge me one more youth. I have eight adults 4 youth above 4 and one two years old. She charged me 8 adults and 5 youth. I kept asking her to give me the estimation ASAP. Finally By the time I received the confirmation, she simply said too late. This is not the way to do business. I seriously would consider best of Hawaii next time. Definitely will share this in my community!

Really nice views amazing scenery and great information about movies and Hawaii
