Sent my files for some custom name badges and Tiffany quickly got back to me requesting a new format as the ones I sent would not work. We had several back and forth emails and she quickly had me a great proof to approve. I'll certainly use them again! Kerry in Hawaii

I was interested in magnetic name badges and came across your website while web surfing. I wasn't 100% sure of what I wanted so decided to go to chat room. Fortunately for me, a CSR named Tiffany came right online and answered all of my questions through repeated chats and multiple follow-up e-mails. I was impressed with her knowledge, and more so with her patience in seeing that all of my questions/concerns were answered. I'm very impressed with her and trust that my order will be handled just as efficiently as Tiffany handled my multiple communications.

This company seems to be very diligent in their response, service and product. The per badge price seemed a little expensive for a per unit cost however upon receiving the product it was very clear that it was worth it. Very professional finish and great customer service. Very recommendable! Thanks to Randy as well for being efficient. :-)
