I spoke to the gentleman by the name of Paul Smith from the BestFaredeal Company on the 4/24/2023 and 4/25/2023. He sounded very kind, patient and respectful. He is very professional, and very knowledgeable about his job. If I ever need help from this company again, I would not hesitate to speak to him. Thank you.
