When using this site, we must keep in mind that once the fares are authorized plane schedules are subject to change. In which, full responsibility falls on the customer whether flights are overbooked and or cancelled for any reason. Customers are subject to airline policies. We booked a flight for a family vacation listed on their website and paid. Then they told us that the flight was no longer available so we asked for our money back. They said that was impossible and they booked us on a different flight that was more money. It happens. They sent us all the documentation and our itinerary. We went to check in and discovered that they had canceled our booking. Not expecting to get money back from this scam. Update: Reading through all the reviews on this site, I am starting to think that every review that contains the name of the representative in the first sentence is so formulaic that it's authenticity is... questionable Our flight wasn't canceled...our booking was cancelled. Update: Our credit card has been canceled twice since booking due to fraudulent charges. Update: here is how the scam works as best as I can tell. After purchasing tickets online, they will call and say that the tickets we purchased are not available (because it likely doesn't exist), but that the money is non-refundable. They then say they will book another flight that costs more money. They have a travel agency or contract with one that books actual flights. They then send a real verifiable itinerary. Customer does not realize that it's a scam. Before the flight, the travel agency will then cancel the flight for either money or credits, and when the customer goes to check in, they are told that the tickets were canceled. When best fare deal is asked for a refund, they say the customer canceled the tickets and received credits, and decline any responsibility. And chances are good that the original purchase is outside the window where the credit card company can do a chargeback or will even offer fraud protection. The address for this company is a UPS store in Maryland. All of the positive reviews here are spam.
