Tom walker , Good car dispatcher, payment in order, excellent work

Tom Walker did a greatly job of keeping me informed

Mike just helped me shipped another vehicle, this time to Alabama, on Thanksgiving Day!!! Great service, customer is extremely grateful to have celebrated Thanksgiving with their new car. Thanks again Mike.

Tom Walker made my experience great I was very hesitant about hiring someone to deliver my mom‘s car to her, but he really assured me that everything Will be OK and they were the best ones for the job. She got her car on time and I also got a discount on my delivery thank you guys.

SCAM!!!SCAM!!! Beware of Best Car Shipping INC. They lied about the price and held my Vehicles hostage and doubled the price. They blamed the shipping company. Took me for $1200 and I had to put a stop payment when they quadrupled my shipping cost to 5K. TOM WALKER is the biggest con artist there and all his little buddies that lie and never call you back. I had to get the local PD involved. Look them up on BBB they have multiple complaints of bait and switch. I had five cars being delivered and they could only deliver 3. Then they were three weeks late from the pick up date with constint lies about how they can't find a driver or drivers are asking for more money etc. At one point they couldn't keep there story straight and they were caught in there web of lies. I have filed a complaint with the BBB and FMCSA and I have consulted with my attorney to go after Besr Car Shipping INC. My Financial establishment has stopped payment on them and also filed a fraud claim.

Mike Ross was great to work with. Communication was clear, pickup and delivery were handled professionally, and the entire process went smoothly. They were responsive, honest, and made the transport stress-free. I highly recommend Best Car Shipping Inc for anyone needing reliable car-hauling services. Samuel.

I was very surprised they did exactly what they said they would for the price they said they would. After paying my deposit I really thought I'd never see that money again but I received a text/call saying the driver was 2 hours away. I thought, yeah right! I was not ready. I had planned on sending a box of stuff with the vehicle. The driver said he would meet me in a parking lot near my house at 5:11 p.m, he was there at 5:10. It was one of the smoothest transactions ever. Tom outdid himself. Great communication!!! If I ever have to ship another vehicle, it will be with Best!!!

Pricing , shipping and Timing was perfect
