Just be honest
Jack Miller was my sales Specialist and I will say he was very attentive and he quickly answered any questions or concerns I had throughout the entire process. I was very pleased with him. He was the bright spot in the process. My only complaint for the process was the under selling the price of the shipping only having to come up with a lot of additional funds in order to get my vehicle in a timely fashion. I was not happy about that at all. Just be honest in the beginning and give an actual average price. Car was received timely and all ended well in the end.
