Great company to work with. Reasonable prices and good communication

The company that actually shipped the car is fine, But, Best Car Shipping, Inc are simply brokers who give quotes that are not lived up to. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY. They quote a price and then at the last minute say that hey cannot find a transporter that will transport the car for said price. Turns out that the cost originally quoted was about half of what I had to pay. Then at the last minute that was advertised to be included. They also charged a $175.00 deposit. Then after the car was picked up by the actual transport company, they called and wanted another $450.00 broker fee. I told them to go fly a kite. None of these hidden fees were disclosed by the broker. I feel lied to, taken advantage of and scammed. Find another real transport company and contract with the actual company who owns the transport vehicle. I will never do business with these people again. They are smooth operators, unprofessional in not disclosing everything verbally up front, and need to be held accountable.

BE AWARE! THEY ARE NOT THE BEST CAR SHIPPING. Contacted Joel Austin, set up 2 customer vehicles in Oct, 24,2025 and needed to make sure vehicles arrive Nov 3rd for the SEMA 2025. High Broker FEE $750 plus driver fees upon pick up/delivery $600 each way. Signed contract, and boy, they will convince you they can be TRUSTED, BUT DONT BE FOOLED! The drivers truck broke down, and Joel emailed me driver has found parts and ready to be picked up Saturday, Nov, 1st. NO SHOW, now Joel tells me Monday, on the day of our EVENT, driver not available, they were supposed to have pick up vehicles by 7-8 am Monday, cancelled. EMERGENCY driver shows up 2 1/2 hrs later. LATE!! with the WRONG TOW TRUCK, had to help him load the Lambo with wood boards, (no choice) Contract states pick up is Friday, NOV 7TH email joel Nov 5th just to remind him, no answer, Friday, even is over, cars need to get pulled out of the Con Center, waiting in the pick-up area, NO SHOW!! NO SHOW. CALLED JOEL, LEFT HIM 2 VOICE MAIL MESAGES, TODAY, MONDAY, HE NEVER HAD THE COURTACY TO CALL ME. Called other brokers, no trucks available, and broker told us BEST CAR SHIPPING never reserved a pickup driver for us. ALSO, NO DRIVERS AVAILABLE AT ALL SINCE SEMA TOOK ALL AVAILABLE DRIVERS. I now had to find a storage that could store all vehicles; they all close by 6p. No storages available, WORST CAR SHIPPING COMPANY IS NOT RELEABLE AT ALL!!!!! DO NOT USE THEM. I WILL CONTACT BETTER BUSINESS BUREAU WILL CONTACT CONSUMER AFFAIRS AND SOCIAL MEDIA! TERRIBLE!!!
