Best BrillianceReviews of bestbrilliance.com

Best Brilliance was able to find the perfect Asscher Cut diamond that far exceeded my expectations for a price that exceeded my expectations as well. Needless to say, I am very happy with our purchase. In addition to great deals, they also offer an exceptionally friendly and knowledgeable staff who always seem to be available to help answer any questions. Hands down great deals and great service. I still want to shop for a diamond bracelet and will definitely be using their services in the near future.

Overall, my experience was great. Beautiful rings and their prices are fair for the level of craftsmanship. The complaint that I have is that some of the ring styles didn't provide a visual of the ring on an actual hand. Without this viewing feature, it was difficult to envision what some pieces would actually look like when worn. It made me hesitant when making my purchase but thankfully, the product is far more than expected.

Beautiful earrings. Was a bit annoying that an estimated receive date was given because it took longer than I expected. Support staff was gracious in dealing with my disappointment about the long wait. Highly recommended

I was so happy with my purchase! The entire experience from ordering online and receiving the bracelet in a quick and timely manner had me impressed. It was so seamless and the quality of the jewelry is amazing! I could not be happier. This will forever be cherished! I will definitely be back to purchase another timeless piece again!

The customer service and communication were top-notch, but the diamond ring was sent back to Best Brilliance twice for some amendments. I wasn’t in a hurry, so it wasn't a big issue for me.

It was very helpful to be able to book a video appointment with their gemologist. Customer service was helpful and willing to go the extra mile for me. Took a bit longer than advertised for it to be made but overall very satisfied with the purchase.

Tons of rings of all kinds, gemstones and moissanite and diamonds… Lovely! I just wish they were more varied bracelet-wise and earrings-wise!

I want to say I love the ring, it was everything I thought it would be. Your staff is amazing. I can’t give a 5 star because the sites search engine doesn't use additional depth to help customers narrow focus. Overall happy but a little disappointed due to the above issue.
