The advice is easy, to the point and it works. More power and at the same time less shoulder pain.

I just used this on my first road bike, as I was getting a bit of neck pain after 25 miles or so. It was easy to use and reasonably priced. It shows the "average" length of each body part for someone of your height. I knew I had longer arms and legs and short torso so when checking I was 2-3cm longer/shorter in these places it was peace of mind my measurements were near correct. Took about 1.5-2 hours measuring and fitting the bike, I went out and instantly felt my upper body was more comfortable. Saddle height could've been a smidge too high, but this could be down to my mis measure or strange body shape. Overall very satisfying experience for an amateur, and much cheaper than a £100+ bike fit.

It's probably very good, but it is not clear at the outset that this is a paid service. That's annoying.

My measures are different and the difference is about 6 cm in height and a little less in the other measures. Also the boy didn’t sound competent.

The advices fitted perfect for me. For the first set-up it's the best price for value mainly for beginners.
