Terrible scam!!! It seems they are even scamming with these 5 star reviews. Everytime I write a 1 star review, someone else conveniently writes a 5 star review to keep their ratings above 3 stars. What a joke this place is!!! They got me once won’t happen again. I’m currently seeking legal advice after reaching out to both the AG from my state and Florida and the FTC. I encourage others who were scammed by this place to do the same. It’s also crazy that these reviews were non existent when I was first taken advantage of. That probably should have been my first clue, but they were deceitful in their approach when the first call supposedly came from a Marriott Vacation Club employee and later I found out that was a lie and the person was not from Marriott. Otherwise I would’ve never signed the contract nor believed them.

This company is a SCAM! A lawsuit needs to be filed against them immediately. They scammed my family out of $2200 claiming they could rent out our extra time share weeks. Do not trust them! Run! I will be seeking legal advice, all of the 5 star reviews are FAKE

Total Scam. They snookered me into spending money to rent my available timeshare weeks. After they got the money I heard less than nothing. Any "offer" to rent out my timeshare weeks, which were provided to them, along with the available resorts was BS. Nothing matched, no communication. Dont get scammed, run away!

This place is 100% a scam! Please read before viewing. Also if you also look at the 5 star or positive reviews they are receiving they are all AI generated. This company will blow your phone up, with what sounds like a great profit for us time share owners, then once you pay them the communication stops. You have to constantly call them just to hear from them. Then they fabricate some type of contract for properties, where none of the dates ever match or is available. Then when trying to receive a refund from them they totally ignore your phone calls and do not call back. DO NOT USE THEM!!!

This company is a scam. They lead customers to believe that they're affiliated with Marriott by saying the rentals are already booked and that the resorts need the rooms, but this is not the case. They stated they were advertising a 2BR/2Bath unit in Orlando. After not being contacted for 6 months, I reached out and then suddenly received a call and email asking me to sign a contract and to check with Interval International on availability. Of course, the resorts that were "contracted" with a client had no availability for the dates provided. I'm not sure how some people sleep at night by scamming people out of their money.

Best Travel will take your money for the contract then expect you to do the work to see if dates are available. They give 3 dates, if only one of three aren't available, they're all invalid. Its nearly impossible to get your timeshare rented. It's been 10 months of phone calls from hell! This company feels like a scam!! I'd hate to see other people waste time and money on this like I have. I do not recommend this business!

Do NOT LISTEN TO ANYONE FROM THIS COMPANY ❌❗️❌❗️They entice you that they are affiliated with Interval International , to sell your get-away weeks to help pay your Matenance fee on you timeshare ! Jason cons you to believe each week will bring you $ 1,800.00 and I don’t know where he knew we had six weeks! HOW WOULD JASON KNOW THAT INFORMATION, He implied he could rent your getaway weeks …NOT TRUE ! They make you call Interval International, and when I talked to them, informed me they have nothing to do with Best Travel ❗️Then I called Best Travel and they said OH YOU MISUNDERSTOOD ❗️You( ME ) has to ask Interval about the three weeks that Best Travel wants you to ask interval if there’s availability for those dates, I did two were NOT And one was ! Thinking we would receive at least 1800.00 of our $2,500.00 of our money they scammed from us ❗️BUT NO BEST TRAVEL SAID WE HAD TO HAVE HAD ALL THREE AVAILABLE TO THEM … WHICH WAS ABSOLUTELY NOT THE CAUSE WHEN JASON CONNED HIS SCAM….JASON SAID IN 3-6 months we would have our getaway weeks sold and have no trouble renting them because they only did business with corporations! They made us wait for a month… that was so you could not cancel your credit card… Thank goodness I have FRAUD INSURANCE ON MY CREDIT CARD THAT I HAVE PAID A MONTHLY FEE FOR! And we’re getting our $2,500.00 back… PLEASE HANG UP ON THESE SCAMMERS CROOKS PLEASE 🚩 ❗️❌❗️THEY ARE TRULY A RED FLAG 🚩 BARBARA WILCENSKI

I SIGNED A CONTRACT WITH BEST TRAVEL DESTINATIONS OCTOBER 22, 2025. THE REPRESENTATIVE, JASON TALKED ME INTO THE AGREEMENT GIVING ME HIS PERSONAL CELL # AND SAID ONCE OFFERS BEGAN COMING IN FOR ME TO CALL HIM DIRECTLY AND HE WOULD WALK ME THROUGH THE PROCESS STEP BY STEP. I HAD SECOND THOUGHTS ABOUT SPENDING$2394.00 AND CALLED WITHIN THE CANCELLATION PERIOD. AGAIN JASON TOLD ME I WAS MAKING A BIG MISTAKE BECAUSE MY UNITS WERE ALREADY ASKED FOR I WOULD BE THROWING MONEY AWAY. SO, I ALLOWED THE CONTRACTUAL AGREEMENT STAND. EVENTUALLY 3 OFFERS WERE EMAILED TO ME AND I IMMEDIATELY CALLED JASON FOR THE NEXT TEN DAYS, LEFT MESSAGES, TEXTS AND EMAILS. JASON NEVER RESPONDED. I CALLED THE CUSTOMER SERVICE NUMBER AND EXPLAINED MY SITUATION AND THEY SAID JASON IS OUT IN THE FIELD DOING PRESENTATIONS AND UNFORTUNATELY I MISSED MY OPPORTUNITY TO RENT OUT ANY THING. BETTER LUCK NEXT TIME. AGAIN, I ASKED FOR A REFUND SINCE JASON DIDN'T HOLD UP HIS END OF THE BARGAIN BECAUSE HE WOULDN'T ANSWER HIS PERSONAL CELL PHONE AND HELP ME LIKE HE PROMISED. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY FOR ANY REASON PERIOD.
