We engaged this company on March 3, 2026, based on their representations that they would assist in renting our timeshares and that the rental income would readily offset the fees charged for their services. Since then, they have provided only one set of rental offers, and the three dates offered were unavailable at the requested timeshare properties. No other viable rental offers or meaningful evidence of performance have been provided since March 3, 2026. I have made more than 30 attempts to contact the company by telephone and email to resolve the matter. Most calls either went unanswered or ended after extended hold times, and my emails have received no substantive response.

They are by far the worst company I have ever dealt with. Please take my lesson learned and do not make the same mistake. I regret doing business with them and would strongly advise anyone considering them to look for a more reliable and honest company. I signed a contract a year ago..... and NOTHING

They are SCAMMERS. They took our money. We're seniors. We paid for service to rent our time shares and got no results. When you called, they put you on hold 20 minutes to 30 minutes and no response. I have recorded evidence. They refused to give our money BACK. We even had weeks available to rent but they didn't respond. THEY ARE SCAMMERS! DON'T DO BUSINESS WITH THEM.

THIS IS PURE SCAM! Great criminals will make everything seem legit and official. Dispute payment and block them!!!! No affiliation to Marriott , Sheraton, or Vistana. Punk ass scammers.

I signed up for Best Travel Destination to lease my vacation club and they immediately charged my credit card the agreed upon fee. A couple days later I changed my mind, which was within their ten day grace period. I cancelled the service and asked for a refund. They stated on March 29th, 2026 my agreement was cancelled and that a refund would be posted within three weeks. It is now August 3 and I still have not received the refund. I have had at least 10 phone conversations with multiple people over the past four months, including supervisors, all state the refund is close to being sent out, but obviously this has not happened. I would caution against using a company that cannot process a refund in almost five months. As of this time they have neither leased my property or refunded my money. So essentially I have not received anything, which I believes qualifies this as some level of fraud.

Do not I repeat do not entertain besttraveldestination.com. It’s a scam just like all the other reviews. They have no affiliation with Marriott Sheraton vacation club. They call you with a fake contract get your money and then you’ll never be able to get a hold of him I have disputed the charge and got my money back again. Do not do business. This is a scam. They are not legitimate.
