Good construction. Wrong color. Missing Design Elements
I received my order earlier this week and was disappointed in the final product. I have reached out to customer support but have not gotten a response. The fur color is not what I had shown in the reference photo, rather than a dark grey to black the color is a purple hue grey. As well the details I specifically asked for in the notes on the order were missed. There was supposed to be faux fur around the neck and chest but is missing. Overall the construction looks great but the color is wrong and details I specifically asked for are not there.

Hi Peter, sorry to hear about the diagnosis. The description you sent us says the following". The real photos are for reference on color if possible. Plush body with fur neck and tail would be great." First things first, we never advertise, we make pet plushies for this same reason. We are very attached to our pets. We obliged and processed your order under artwork plushie, we do not charge $249 and air brush for each pet plush, which is why we do not carry that category. To get the specific shade you need, we will have to order or get that color dyed specifically for you and we are not in the dyeing business. When you say, the real dogs picture is attached for color reference IF POSSIBLE is what you said, and unfortunately, we do not carry all shades of Grey. Second, the reason why we did not get back to your email right away is, we are in the midst of fulfilling all holiday order and its all hands on deck for us. Please email us if you want to see your exact description you sent us, along with the order. There is no way for us to screenshot and upload pictures here.
