watch just stopped working after 6 months and goodluck getting response from the team, to get fixed or claiming the lifetime warranty that they advertise. I have reached 5 times.

The watch seems good, the service was good, but i discover that there is no straps available on the market, so since this is not a standard one, this is going to be a major issue. Worse, I went swimming this Sunday, the watch was closed and still "works" but with a lot of water inside when the watch is sold waterproof..so careful guys, I'll contact Bersigar tomorrow let see how is the service here since I bought the watch 1.5 weeks ago. so basically after 4 days, they came to collect the watch, that i got after 10 days only, they repaired it and told me to NOT SWIM WITH IT, i can wash my hands, but this it. This watch is sold waterproof for 5ATM. Sincerely after having used it only 10 days, since this is their fault, i was expecting a brand new watch, they saw it differently, but i got the watch back fixed. Again this WATCH is NOT WATERPROOF, be aware.

I still do not have my watch, when I ordered it said normally ships in 3-4 days. I was hoping to have it when I go on vacation Monday 8th. The last status from ups was it should have delivered yesterday Friday 5th.

The watch was delivered within a week. The watch looks great but the crown is not very good. It is very “gritty” feeling when you unscrew and screw it down. It grinds which doesn’t seem quality. If you wear this watch everyday and don’t have to reset your watch, this is a good watch. If you rotate between watches I would pass on this watch.

Yes this time the gold watch is too small it looks big in the picture I don’t like it. If I can I will return it this time am really not happy

Received wrong watch.

The watch itself is fantastic but the delvery process was complicated and a nightmare!!!!

I bought 2 watches from Italy, nation in where the website is soponsored, and I had to pay a lot of tax that on the web were not shown, some of them for the shipment and other as well, the final cost of tax was almost 1/3 of the total price of the watches. After all of that the watches arrived and one of them is broken, with the second hand not running and it looks also cheep quality, the watch is the model luxaura 1783. Personally im not sodisfact, they sepnt a lot of time in designing it try to copy as much as possible from rolex day date instead of working on a movment that at least works. When i reached the customare service I've been trated as one that dont know how to manage watches (i have plenty) instead than understand the issue of your product and act to solve the problem...it's not my first Bersigar watch and unfortunately they become a way cheaper than before...old customare not sodisfacted.
