Hello I'm inquiring if I can be reimburse all of my money for the watch I've haven't received. Due to the import handling fee from the shipping company this was not highlighted during the payment of the watch. So kindly send me a refund. Or I will shortly be going to the review section and let everyone who is thinking of purchasing a watch not to.

I keep getting notified from DHS that they need to know what is being shipped as it is held up in customs

The first watch I got from them was amazing than the second it was cheaply made bad squeaks the second a row stops working unless I keep pressing it I tried to contact them they never retuned my emails my calls they never answers the message bot they have always said I’ve alarmed them it’s flagged urgent they’ll respond to u , than she stopped also. But the quality my first watch was so good for the price I went back and shopped with them again but this time I was very disappointed. I’ll never order again from them and will not recommend to anyone . They deliver very fast

Stay away! SCAM ALERT!! I ordered 2 watches, they never arrived. When I notified Bersigar, they said sorry then cut off all communication with me and will not help. They refuse to answer emails and chat conversations on their website. Do not order from this company. SCAM ALERT!!!

Update: watch fell onto floor. Second and minutes hand came undone as did 6 and 12 icons...less.than 1 star No customer service response...no one should buy these Chinese crappy watches

Ich hab schon 2 Uhren bei euch gekauft! und beide sind leider defekt! die erste lief schon nach einem Tag nicht mehr und die 2 neu erhalten und war schon defekt! Was soll ich tun, dass ich neue bekomme? Bitte geben sie mir Bescheid wie ich vorgehen muss um neue zu erhalten.
