watch just stopped working after 6 months and goodluck getting response from the team, to get fixed or claiming the lifetime warranty that they advertise. I have reached 5 times.

Packaging and quality of watch was really good and was very impressed

Hi peeps. At first. I was hesitant to order the watch from there website, because i was not sure about the quality of the watch. I am a seiko and tissot watch lover. Then i saw the watch from bersigar website. I was curious about it. It took me days browsing and checking The watch eligibility and brand. It checks out they are legit watch maker. So i gave it a try. I bought the bersigar Luxaura 1662. Walla! The delivery sa fast. Took only 2 working days. It arrived well sealed. The box was special. And the watch. Omg. So beautiful. It comes with warranty, tools, etc. Perfect. Although there is only one flaw i can see. They could refine the brace hinge a little more...a bit stiff. Other than that 9/10. Ill surely buy from them again maybe a gift or for me.

Everything went as stipulated on the Website. The watch is really good and looks the part.

The watch seems good, the service was good, but i discover that there is no straps available on the market, so since this is not a standard one, this is going to be a major issue. Worse, I went swimming this Sunday, the watch was closed and still "works" but with a lot of water inside when the watch is sold waterproof..so careful guys, I'll contact Bersigar tomorrow let see how is the service here since I bought the watch 1.5 weeks ago. so basically after 4 days, they came to collect the watch, that i got after 10 days only, they repaired it and told me to NOT SWIM WITH IT, i can wash my hands, but this it. This watch is sold waterproof for 5ATM. Sincerely after having used it only 10 days, since this is their fault, i was expecting a brand new watch, they saw it differently, but i got the watch back fixed. Again this WATCH is NOT WATERPROOF, be aware.

The watch and packaging are as beautiful as advertised. I would have liked a bigger face and in fact would exchange it if I could but only for that reason

Hello I'm inquiring if I can be reimburse all of my money for the watch I've haven't received. Due to the import handling fee from the shipping company this was not highlighted during the payment of the watch. So kindly send me a refund. Or I will shortly be going to the review section and let everyone who is thinking of purchasing a watch not to.
