Shari's BerriesReviews of berries.com

The strawberries I received were very small and some also looks like they were rushing to do them. They are definitely not good quality. Although these were gifts, I am truly disappointed at what I received. And also advised my daughter to never order from here again. This is the second time I received a box like this. The first time they were replaced. The replacement looked way better than what I originally received. Now I get another order and we are back to square one. It seems like if you dont say anything, you get the crappy, small, rushed job strawberries, but as soon as you complain they send a better package. Buyer beware. Stay far away from this company. You do not get what you pay for. I would never recommend this company to anyone.

Delivered exactly when expected. Flowers were beautiful and held up well. Strawberries were delicious and lasted several days. Will definitely order again

Easy to order, great price and fantastic product. Always on time and in perfect condition.

I ordered Shari's Berries for my mom for Mother's Day. I ordered them on April 29th and paid $29.99 just in shipping because I wanted her to receive the berries and flower bouquet as close to the day as possible. The items were to be delivered on Saturday, May 11th. My mom never received the items. I trusted this company to help make my moms day as special as possible.... especially since we do not live in the same state. I finally called on Monday the 13th and they offered me a $20 coupon for the future....like that helps! I refused and then they offered to refund 50%. I was about to agree, but when I asked when she would receive the gifts, they said on the 18th... a WEEK AFTER MOTHER'S DAY! If you do not have the resources to fill orders, you shouldn't be in business. I told them to cancel the order and to refund my money and even that they did wrong, not giving the full amount.... though they did end up refunding it all. Now just waiting to see the credit in my account. Note: This is the 2nd time I had issues with ordering from Shari's... and I have only ordered from them 3x. Recently, a coworker was venting about issue with Shari's, I should have known not to trust them which such an important holiday.

My order was for Mothers Day. It was late by 3 days and the chocolate was melted. It was not cheap and I was very disappointed at what I got. I wont be ordering from them again.

ABSOLUTELY A BIG DISAPPOINTMENT!! Strawberries were NOT fresh. Leaves were discolored & curled up, moisture build up underneath & on top of the Strawberries, ice pack was more that half melted, package was left out in back by our garage in the sun & not on the front porch where someone could of gotten then alot earlier than we did which was early evening. Overall sad situation!!

Love ordering from here. My berries are always beautiful and juicy. I will always recommend ordering from here.

I PLACED AN ORDER FOR MOTHER'S DAY FOR MY WIFE. THE CHOCOLATE COVERED STRAWBERRIES WERE MELTED, THE CHOCOLATE WAS BROKEN AND OST OF THE STRAWBERRIES WERE NOT COVERED WHEN SHE OPENED THE BOX. WE WNEDED UP THROWING THEM OUT AFTER WE ATE 2 OR 3 OF THE GOOD ONES. I ALSO ORDERED CHOCOLATE COVERED PRETZELS. I HAVE NOT RECEIVED THEM AS OF TUESDAY AFTER MOTHERS DAY AND NO EXPLANATION WAS GIVEN WHEN I CALLED THE CUSTOMER SEVICE LINE. VERY DISAPPOINTED!!!
