Or you didn't quite get the bike you originally went to the store to buy?We've heard the stories from both customers and customer’s friends who have been steered in a wrong direction in a bike sale. Maybe it's because the shop didn't carry the type of bike they wanted, had a particular model they needed to liquidate or maybe they didn't have the right size in stock, but still wanted the sale.That is definitely not the way to treat a new bike customer or any customer. A shop like that isn't concerned about your need or comfort on a bike; they just wanted a sale. Once you’re out the door...its money in their cash drawer and they're on to the next.We strive to make sure you're getting the right bike for your type of riding. Not only that; we won't put you on a bike that doesn't fit you properly. These are important things to us and they should be even more important to you. We want you to love riding your bike and will do our best to make sure you do.

Great Service
Great selection of parts not usually found at the big shops. When USPS messed up delivery Ben's jumped right in and got it straightened out. Felt like dealing with LBS.

Phenomenal Experience!
I am a relative newbie to cycling, but I wanted to jump right in. A friend convinced me to spec out my own bike, which was a bit intimidating since I didn't know what I was doing. I looked around for some frames and the same friend recommended I look at a Milwaukee Bicycle Company (Ben's house brand) frame. I did not regret it. I called the store, worked with Matt from their sales office and pulled together an amazing OX Platinum road bike kit for a great value. Even though I live out of State, their shipping is fast and everyone I dealt with was great. I had such a great experience, in a recent trip to Milwaukee, I had to stop by the store to meet Matt and Vince in person and to share pictures of the bike. I also decided to build a second Milwaukee bike for a commuter and Matt helped me again. Amazing experience and I tell all my friends to go to them for their bike needs! - Andrew

Excellent shop for fixed gear swag
Ben's Cycle is a great source for higher end fixed gear swag. I got a helmet, a fancy cog, other gear. Especially like their discount for 1st time users and other deals, including price match. Delivery (I live far away) is slow, but sipping cost and methods fair, if a bit pricey.

One of the greatest shops- ever.
Always great experience buying online. When I call, they treat me as thoguh I was a customer who just walked in there front door. I wish I lived closer, as this shop would be my only goto. -CJF
