Ever feel like you are just not sized right on your new bike? Or you didn't quite get the bike you originally went to the store to buy? We've heard the stories from both customers and customer’s friends who have been steered in a wrong direction in a bike sale. Maybe it's because the shop didn't carry the type of bike they wanted, had a particular model they needed to liquidate or maybe they didn't have the right size in stock, but still wanted the sale. That is definitely not the way to treat a new bike customer or any customer. A shop like that isn't concerned about your need or comfort on a bike; they just wanted a sale. Once you’re out the door...its money in their cash drawer and they're on to the next.We strive to make sure you're getting the right bike for your type of riding. Not only that; we won't put you on a bike that doesn't fit you properly. These are important things to us and they should be even more important to you. We want you to love riding your bike and will do our best to make sure you do.

I ordered some reach adjustment blocks. They were much cheaper than everybody else online, plus the offered free shipping. They arrive very fast, brand new. They sent me a discount code for my next purchase. I enjoyed their site.

I found Ben's Cycle website really easy to navigate and easy to find what I was looking for. The search function pulled up a good selection and the filters allowed me to fine tune it. I dealt with both a social media representative and an ecom representative prior to placing my order and they were able to answer my questions so I ordered exactly what I was looking for. Prices are great too and very clear what you are getting.

I got what I wanted at a fair price and fair time.

I have been asked to give a review on my recent purchase which I will gladly do . I recently purchased a complete set ( .7 mm , 1.8 mm , and 2.5 mm ) of Shimano Hollowtech II spacers for a build I was doing . I have a Shimano Zee Crankset , and I had misplaced the ones that came with the cranks . Ben's is one of the few stores that offers the spaces , and I found them to have them at the lowest price . I feel that offering a spacer for four to five dollars is a bit much , Ben's offered them for far less . I also ordered Park Tools ' Hollowtech II tool BB - 9 , and once again Ben's had one of the lowest prices for the tool . You simply cannot do the job properly without it . It fits the bearing cups well , and having the installation tool for the non drive side cap on the other end of the tool is a big plus . No searching for it , it's right there . I ordered through Paypal , and my order was shipped promptly . It was packaged well , and arrived without damage . The shipping charges were reasonable . Overall I am happy with my purchase from Ben's , and I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a great deal at a great price . I hope that this review helps anyone contemplating a purchase from Ben's Cycle .
